Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
Acceptable use
- Do not generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overwhelm our infrastructure.
- Do not resell the Service or use it commercially without written permission.
- Do not attempt to extract system prompts or bypass safety guardrails.
Your content
You retain ownership of your campaigns, characters, and stories. You grant SagaForge a license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you and your invited party.
AI-generated output
SagaForge uses Anthropic's Claude to generate narration. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. The Service provides no guarantee about the quality, appropriateness, or correctness of generated content.
D&D 5e content
Uses rules content from the D&D 5th Edition System Reference Document (SRD), licensed under CC BY. Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. SagaForge is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.
Availability
Provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SagaForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
