SagaForge operates sagaforge.io. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from Google as permitted by your consent.
- Campaign data: characters, campaigns, dice rolls, game messages, and other gameplay content you generate.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request timestamps in server logs for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: authenticate you, store your campaigns, and generate AI-driven gameplay.
- To send transactional email (password resets, invites you request).
- To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the processors listed below.
Third-party processors
- Supabase hosts our database and authentication.
- Anthropic powers the AI Dungeon Master. In-game prompts are sent to Claude. Anthropic does not train on API traffic by default.
- ElevenLabs powers text-to-speech narration when enabled.
- DigitalOcean hosts the web frontend.
- Cloudflare provides DNS.
Your rights
Access, correct, delete, or export your data by emailing gabriel.bullis@vyperintelligence.net.
Retention
Account and campaign data are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, data is removed within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Cookies
We use cookies and localStorage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Children
SagaForge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
